Due to its large human resources India is emerging as business outsourcing destination. Young gen often work at global time, late in the night and travel in odd hours in a office cab. So they are exposed to attacks by the criminals. Recently there was news about rape and murder of a BPO employee in Pune and Bengaluru.

What can organizations do at this situation? First of all employers should take measures to avoid these incidences. In spite of prevention and avoidance of such incidences if one gets attacked, it is better to train the staff to overcome these attacks themselves, where comes handy.
