It was a great joy to visit a city like Hyderabad on 1st and 2nd November, 2008, especially after a huge response of emails and phone calls. My visit made possible for Krav Maga India to lay a stepping stone in the process to have regular IKMF Krav Maga classes in Hyderabad.

The seminar was held in the ‘Sujatha High School’ at 5-9-170 Chapel Road, Abids, Hyderabad. I, on the behalf of whole of Krav Maga India family wishes to extend huge thanks to Mr. Jaiprakash, the founder of Sujatha group of schools in Hyderabad for his very cordial, warm welcome and his tremendous support in helping Krav Maga get established in Hyderabad.

If you wish to enroll in regular Krav Maga class in Hyderabad, please email us your pre-registration details (http://kravmagaindia NULL.in/feedback NULL.php).

    Hi,

I had attended the session on Krav-Maga held in Hyderabad in first week of November. I want to give my reviews

Before i went to the 2 day session, I knew before hand It will be a very tough session. The session redefined what tiring meant to me. It was exhausting and fun.

This mixed martial arts is very different from many other forms of martial arts. For one it is very practical, easy to learn and easy to practise.

In the first 20 minutes we learnt how to protect ourselves from chokeholds, from sudden attacks. By evening we were learning how to defend against knife attacks from behind, from front. I do not know how many martial arts teach you this the first day. I am of the view that when we want to defend oursleves in street fights normal fight rules do not apply ,this is where Krav maga is very good.

You do not have to spend months learning a techinque, it’s just a matter of hours you have an idea of basics. There are no fixed moves, we have to learn to adapt to the situations demand.

Overall I loved it and am waiting for a training session to start in Hyderabad..

    Regards
    Harpreet Singh
