New!!! Krav Maga orientated Kettlebell!!
Kettlebell is a full body training system with a dynamic approach that provides the trainee a full body workout.
A Kettlebell workout enables the trainee to strengthen and develop all body parts simultaneously, using a lot of muscle groups just as you might in day-to-day routine.
Therefore, Kettlebell’s connection to Krav-Maga is only natural, since Krav-Maga is a self-defence system that implements the idea of natural, coherent movements , and maintain a fit body and a “ready – to – go” mind once attacked. I assure you the combination of Krav Maga & Kettlebell training will build a very good fighter.
In an aim to keep fit; The Kettlebell system is the best way to achieve a fit body in a short period of time and in the healthiest way.
On the other hand, the Krav-Maga trainee shouldn’t look like a body builder, and Kettlebell keeps you lean yet strong in ways you can’t imagine.
